i have left several emails and called several times and still no email back or ability to speak to a liver person how could you guys possibly be that busy ?? why do you guys not send a tracking number with the confimation number so that we may track our own orders ??? i have not recieved my order i order the retro 12′s black and white on 2/10/2012 and i am located in San Antonio Texas. i am currenty getting ready to file a claim.. can you let me know whats going on with my order ???

it doesn’t sound like good customer service to me. makes me hesitate on buying from ya’ll. i base my decision on where to buy based on their customer service just in case i have a question. i highly doubt ya’ll are that busy to not respond to emails or phonecalls/voicemails.

have placed two orders with windycitysole, one were the 1x air trainer sc 2 os citron 10.5 for $130.00 order # 18521 this order was placed on April 25th 2012 on April 30th 2012 a fed ex tracking number was created #058309215033986 but no package was received by fedex from windycitysole i need to know if u guys have this item in stock and when it will be shipped or how to make arrangements to get a refund for these shoes .
the second order was for the air Jordan retro 12 grey/org 10.5 for $230.00 order #17672 this order was placed on April 11th 2012 this item was a pre order item and is not sheduled to ship yet but if i do not receive the first item i would like a refund on that order as well .
i have heard good things about windycitysole i follow u guys on facebook , twitter , and instagram i am a sneakerhead and would like to continue to spend money with windycitysole please respond back and let me know the situation on these orders so we can continue to do business

I ordered the orange and grey 12s a while back and was told they would ship in about 10 days on the 2nd and still haven’t received my shoes
